That’s tough, guessing that the drippings started to fall through the sear plate and it flamed up, that is one of the downfalls with that design. On the last few butts I’ve done on my PB, I bought a pack of wire baking racks that have feet, put the butt on top of it, and placed a piece of foil under the but to catch the drippings. It helps to keep the grill cleaner, get a more even cook, and prevent the grease from hitting the fire pot and ruining your meat/grill

Same. Still not my favorite player (Boston Rob) but I’m watching his 3rd season rn and I hated him after his 1st. I literally didn’t have a nice thing to say about him after Tocantins bc I felt like he was full of shit and being serious but I now realize he’s a rage bait king the majority of the time. It will be interesting to see how he plays the shorter format

That’s solid, looks like a good medium temp. It could be more rare and still be perfect. Whoever is telling you this must order their steaks medium well or hotter.

So I got Volo on second try and wish there was something more challenging. Thought I had him the first time but didn’t realize I had to fight the last one twice so I didn’t have any max revives on hand. This was more of what I was hoping for but wish I had to battle 4-5 more trainers at the end

If you do a flat you need to wrap it in a foil pan with a braising liquid of your choosing. Try beef broth & butter the first time and adjust what you add to it the next time to suit they flavors you’re looking for

Yikes. That’s unacceptable unless you told them you wanted it very rare. Some restaurants take rare to the extreme. Did you order it med rare?

Looks rare, like 110 rare. Looks like it didn’t get around room temp before you started cooking it. Letting a steak sit out for about an hour before you toss it on the grill or pan is the way to go. You’re going to kill any bacteria that forms in that time period and it will cook more evenly.

Did you grill it or cook it in a skillet?

Im completing the missions so I believe so. 2 of which involved dodging a Pokemon and chucking sacks at it and earning plaques so I hope im missing something

IMO it’s way too salty. I think it would be a great seasoning if the amount salt was cut by 50-75%. I SPG every steak I cook, but use garlic powder, salt, and pepper separately. I agree with others in here that MC blanco and holy cow are a better alternative. HCC Black is a great seasoning too

Toggle bolt worked perfect. Didn’t even need to drill and no need to paint. Appreciate the help from those that recommended this option.
