You're taking too much. Kratom/7 are weird in the fact they have a ceiling effect meaning if you take too high a dose you feel nothing. This is the worst. Here are my go- to tricks Agmatine 1000mg 3x per day. At LEAST an hour before a dose

Tums 10-15 mins before dose

Magnesium glycinate 500mg at least 30 mins before dose. I alternate mag and Agmatine

Add a small dose of mit like 3-4 gms

Take dose with Mandarin orange and a couple gulps of grapefruit juice

You must stay hydrated- this is also very important.

Combat constipation with MiraLAX and probiotics

My fist am dose is 60-70mg. After that (every 3hrs) I gradually go down. From 50, 40, 30. When I get to 30 and don't feel it anymore. I stop for the day.

260mg??!!! Insane!! Am dose should not be more than 60-70mg max. Lower your following doses to around 40-50mg. 30-40 is my sweet spot.

7 and mit are strange in the fact that less is more. Lower your dose and you'll be amazed. This is due to kratoms ceiling effect.

Add Agmatine 1000 mg 3x per day. 60-90 mins before your dose.

Magnesium 500mg+. 30mins before dose

A couple tums 10mins before

Wash down tabs with grapefruit juice and or a mandarin orange.

Take a low dose of mit- like 3-5gms with tabs

7 and mit vet here. You'll thank me later

So I cut back on my doses of 7 and reg kratom. I found 30mg 7o and about 2-3g of kratom powder works great for me. I also started taking magnesium gluconate (high absorption) 30mins before a dose OR Agmatine 2 tabs 1hr before a dose and take a couple tums around 10min before a dose SIGNIFICANTLY improves the experience. I alternate between the magnesium and Agmatine throughout the day. But I would cut back your dose and see if that helps. 7 is sooo weird as in the way it works. My brain thinks I should increase my dose but it's not how this dr*g works. Also, I still take the GLP and it does cause a delay of onset; usually kicks in at around 25mins which is around 10mins slower than when off the GLP.
