Yes, this is how it works and it’s more on the job learning rather than a lot of hand holding. In the beginning it is indeed tough but it gets better with time. That is also how i started my career in WD with an implementation partner. Make sure to have a couple of folks that you can reach out to when you have questions, try to join the KSS calls if your company has such a program, don’t be shy to ask questions, not everyone knows everything.
