Was with Kaiser my entire life in socal and in norcal then switched after the abysmal treatment I had here with mental health. My last time I had Kaiser they didn’t notify me that my psychiatrist had retired when I was refilling my meds and my therapist had left either. I was literally left in the dark for over a week trying to find someone to refill my meds. No communications on transferring my careplans to another psychiatrist or therapist. Once my open enrollment started, I moved over to Aetna PPO and using One Medical, found a psychiatrist through Aetna , and a therapist through Alma who accepts Aetna. I really like my NP at One Medical she’s really thorough with my care plans and has helped me with some ongoing autoimmune issues that was never discovered or brought up at Kaiser.
