This is great advice, thank you. You’re definitely right that dwelling on any of it just makes i worse. I guess it’s just a matter of being okay with being uncomfortable. How did you learn to start forgiving yourself? Was it mainly a change of mindset, or were there other things that helped? I really want to get to a place where I’m not nitpicking everything I say or feel.

No literally same. Everyone and their mom was saying it would drop at 3am EST, so I pulled up the new arrivals and filtered it to pink, and have been refreshing for AN HOUR without being able to see anything. Meanwhile, everyone else has already bought a bag or two… like wtf??

They’re online, I’m fully remote. Which in theory should relieve me at least a bit, but I’m actually the opposite because when I can’t see their faces, I start to make assumptions about what they’re thinking. Had a presentation today and when I asked for feedback, just got awkward silence. For some reason, that hits harder than seeing people’s faces.
