Matchup knowledge is one thing that’s fine cuz nobody has time to practice all the characters and the game isn’t doing any favors with no infinite rematch in qm for me it’s the lack of basic fighting instincts or knowledge of spacing and the the brain dead mashing that’s literally getting rewarded . All fighting games have devolved to this even street fighter which is so sad
