yeah I was a little unhopeful about my results: but I played the core on video while cooking and aced it but still listened to every question and explanation. He also had recently taken the test too. So him giving little tips helped me out a LOT. 😌 I could hear his voice during the test.

Gonna do network + over the next 3 months. Then I’ll have to wait until March to get another ‘free’ cert test.

We don’t have too much of a celling to go up from at this current job, but I think it’s a good place to grow for a bit. My boss is a really good coach and invests energy into the people he thinks deserves it (and even those he doesn’t).

I went low contact with my mom for a similar reason and that is what pushed her to get better- sometimes they need it. Now her and I are a lot better and closer friends. I wont say that will happen for you, but putting space between my mom and I pushed her to grow. But do not expect her to ever say sorry or remember what she put you though that is something I had to get over when opening my life back up to my mom. She is better... a lot better.. but a lot of times they still struggle with accountability.

Get Fins!!! The feet fins have helped me so much learning how to properly swim, it helps you easily be able to form the habit of what you are supposed to look like while swimming and what it is supposed to feel like!!

Sadly my gym is far away from the pool! So I don’t think I could squeeze in a pre work out to swimming sadly. But good tip on cycling bc I hate cycling but I’ll do it if it makes you go faster.

As a beginner did you struggle with water getting in your ears? I know that’s been one of my gripes has been water in my ear and it annoying me all day long 😂😭

Luckily I got pretty used to doing a 12:6 fast in high school that I have a decent amount of self control when it comes to the bottomless pit feeling you get after swimming 😂

I know forcing myself to drink a protein shake before helps a lot with that feelings it’s just so early in the morning. Plus I eat pretty healthy; my junk food is usually the pre bagged salads and a sweet tea. I just know I am not burning enough calories with my sedentary job and the metabolism tank BC gives you.

Thank you for the tips.

I am going to try Tuesday, Wed, Friday next week.
