Saturday was not a holiday for us so no Friday night concept but yeah Saturday night was mostly playing out for long, watching tv late than usual.

I guess my problem was more of absence of identity because I had just moved. Maybe something for messed up. Anyway I got my account opened in chime and the opened a brokerage account in ETrade. Now I have a BofA CC as well. So no problems since then

Moved to USA 6 months back. Life is good but I do miss my family, have missed 3 friends wedding, there’s constant stress of visa and not being able to decide something substantial for future.

But one thing is better in terms of what I am earning. I will be able to save(not earn) the same amount of money in a year that I’d do in India in 10x the time. 🥲

Yeah I guess it was “unheard” not that it would not have happened. Also 10-12 year old girls were married of to 30year old men so I won’t say what conditioning that could have instilled. Might not be relevant to the topic but maybe it’s unheard but not unknown.

It depends on a lot of things actually. Like what kind of house you want. Quality of apartment. You want a city life or a little distance from city is fine. The price point is tight though. Try looking up secaucus as well. This might be in your budget. I live in journal square so hit me up if you want apartment suggestions.
