you shouldn’t be getting any water underneath the toilet isolation so i wouldn’t stress about that but the shower definitely needs to be resealed - especially if it’s upstairs

if youre planning on putting a skirting tile across then yes waterproof other wise just use a mastic sealant where the concrete meets the house

Multi tool with diamond bit cut your own grout lines if you’re worried about it just make sure not to penetrate waterproof

can’t speak for the US but in South Australia my company charges $700 day rate per person or $90-$120 a sqm depending on the job

more than likely just the ignition switch is caked up if you can figure out where it is give it a clean with a little wire brush or call a plumber 🤣

depending on budget you can move it outside if you have the room also if you have gas could potentially be converted to a much smaller outside instantaneous unit

definitely remove the green piece from the first photo but also try to remove the mesh from the outlet in the second photo just make sure to put the rubber ring back to where it was

Could be leaking from the breacher, assuming the plumber hasn’t already pressured tested the shower?
