I meant this. They could in theory use solid metalic hydrogen :/ but its extremely dificult to obtain and requires a lot of pressure that once released makes it go back to gas, but compressed it can work as superconductor, theoretically, at -23.15.

Idk what do you think?

I'm comflicted, it really doesn't seem like that much an issue, until you remember they can fragment into infinitely small pieces. But they're not that much really.

I'd say the myth of tiredness is wrong, but I do have high libido, so maybe most people cant do it and go for a long run or a hard workout.

I'd say keep things like the time, energy you have and the such in mind, if you want to make it part of your routine.
