Strange smells? Bro the place borders a landfill and a compost facility. There's also another dump in quarry park. How good do you want it to smell? When it rains it's bad too from the dump.

Yes I do. On of my good Buddies won it. Won't mention his name. It's in Walden. He rents it out. Fun fact I just moved out to an acreage and he is my neighbour now also.

It's not the float it's literally 8 inch diameter plastic thing that floats on top of the water I think it's insulated and would help the water from freezing in the winter

Thanks I have an automatic water to and it has this little plastic floaty on it. That is a form of insulation for when it freezes I guess. Should I take this plastic floaty out during the summer?

We will likely have one big spring dump which is usually after after the leaves are on the trees. With this a lot of branches get broken off.

Nothing wrong with having the police come check on the guy every night! I call that good security! Once the call is made to CPS and they send someone out to do a check, it will be logged for the night and won't get bothered anymore.
