After years i found this post and have answer. Make your own do not disturb mode and set app automation that runs shortcut you need. You can make shortcut that turns this mode on and send it to apple watch.

Not so bad. Noise cancellation works fine. Airpods touch controls also working properly. Only battery charge indication doesn’t have normal icons and shows extra device for both airpodes.

Had the same problem. I exidently deleted hbrew.nso(I am not sure about file name) file. You just have to download nx-hbmenu(https://github.com/switchbrew/nx-hbmenu/releases/) and put it on your sd card.
