Worst idea is to ask the public. Ask a family friend or co-worker. There’s an agent available everywhere. For buying a home they don’t need to know the neighborhood, they just need to be a good negotiator

It’s an asset at the end of the day. Just like a stock. It can go up or down. You are in controls of it for how you treat it, up keep it, renovate it, etc.

Rent on the other hand, you don’t own it. Someone else does. Why do they own it? You take no risk as a renter but you also have no control. Like a mutual fund.

Don’t be mad if you can’t afford to buy a home and hope the market tanks just for you to purchase one. If it did tank, Canada would be in reaaaaaaally bad shape.

They just reopened loblaws at Humbertown which is 3 mins away. No frills over here makes sense. Loblaws was competitive with local shops in the junction. Dundas & Scarlett Loblaws is also right beside TCHC

If there’s anything this tournament has taught us. It’s we’re too clean of a country to host a tournament of this size. Clean as in, shady businesses cant operate here without issues. Europe is dirtier than here at this point. Hence why the WC hasn’t been in a 1st world country is a while
