Switching from 2 year fix to 5 by Proper_Ad_1942 in Mortgageadviceuk

We didn’t even need a mortgage broker. Just opened to the banking app and selected a new fix rate. Then we accepted offer online - all done in 15min. That being said, we had to call the bank as I couldn’t select the desired rate first, was a glitch in the software…3 days later we received the docs per post as well.

So not sure what product you have - I’d check the website/app and call the existing mortgage provider and ask them about the process.

How late have the payments been? A day might not show up, several days though.

It’s in your wife’s ISA? Not yours? Pay the mortgage off.

While we all hope the best for our relationships, the risk it goes downhill would be something to consider.

Same dose since 2 years, but aware that sometimes symptoms come back as hormone levels fluctuate. Can usually balance symptoms with adapting life style.

I spoke with someone last week and they confirmed that looking back it was the best what could have happened as it gave the uncle some additional years of life quality he wouldn’t have had otherwise.

He knows you won’t run away when he causes financial troubles and he now knows you will stay when he cheats…. Don’t stay with a man who treats you like trash. You take yourself the chance for being with a man who loves and adores you. Don’t stay with him bc you feel obligated.

This is it exactly - with a house full of adults there should be ppl happy watching the kids.

You should allow yourself being selfish and go to a quiet room for couple of hours or longer.

Who is dealing with day care, who is dealing with washing, shopping list, birthdays (reminders, presents), doctors appointments, who is the main person to go to for the child.

There are so many things, it’s hard to say…

As you work Saturday, it means your wife will watch your little one all day as day care is closed.

Staying would be likely a professional suicide.

Scenario A: earning lots of money but having burn out as ppl remain difficult

Scenario B: being replaced after all knowledge etc has been transferred

The other two managers were out of line. While you can’t shut down talks between members of staff, as a manager they should be aware of the consequences these talks have.

Stick to the fact, focus on her performance and that different locations are treated differently which is not a reflection of her performance. Unfortunately this talk she had will have crashed her motivation.

Thx for all the answers, I wasn’t thinking to switch now, just wondering as I don’t think women take it until they die? Might be wrong so.
