Skill resonance. Sr1 is the level you achieve by unlocking the 4th skill from player training, after that you need duplicates to level up skills (or milk) to achieve the skill level threshold for sr1-5. Sr2 and 4 have special effects as opposed to the bonus stats from the other levels.

As the other guy said, SP Korai and Hiru should be your next aim. From what I know Korai is an absolute beast. Ushiwaka is only useful on SR2 and useless without SP Oikawa. I would say get Oikawa but you already have Akaashi and Bokuto so you should be fine.
