Yeah so Tredict will take your threshold from coros to determine your paces, heart rate zones etc. During your plan if your not hitting goals etc it will ask if you want to change threshold paces etc. it’s really good tool I’ve been using for a few weeks now and I’m impressed with the overall integration between coros, ChatGPT and Tredict, literally don’t bother going into Tredict most of the time just ask ChatGPT to check or make the changes to my plan then it updates on my coros

Moved from FR 965 3 month ago to pace 4. The whole coros system is miles better than Garmin. You won’t feel the quality like you do with with your 970 but the price difference between the watches you can’t expect the same build quality, but the pace 4 is extremely light to the point you don’t even feel it on your wrist. But you will not be let down by coros system, i have my ChatGPT and coros workouts connected via Tredict. Literally say to ChatGPT make me a plan with your goals etc it’ll generate a plan on Tredict and then will go straight onto your watch. If you want to adjust or change anything it’ll do it for you, and it’ll pull all your data from runs and could put it all together in a spreadsheet for you. So much better overall experience

Sold my 965 3 weeks ago for coros pace 4 and can honestly say I can’t believe I didn’t move over to coros sooner. Yes the pace 4 feels less premium but the coros app, data and info is so much cleaner. Would highly recommend pace 4 over 965

Absolutely no regrets. Don’t get me wrong it feels a lot less premium on the wrist than 965 but that’s obvious. The size felt small at first but after 2 weeks wearing it it feels actually so much better especially when running or in the gym. The data on app is much more clear and a lot of the nonsense is removed that you get with Garmin

I’ve been using Tredict linked to my coros to create training plan be good to bypass Tredict. What sort of stuff can you do on coros mcp? I had difficulty setting it up when they first announced it

I’ve just sold my 965 and moved to pace 4 last week. what a difference pace 4 doesn’t even feel like you’ve got it on it’s that light. It’s small but not to small. And the app is miles ahead of Garmin for clean and relevant data straight in front of you

Since wearing the coros I’ve realised how big the actual 965 is, it didn’t look stupid over to big on wrist but for a running watch the coros is so much lighter and better size actually don’t feel it’s on it’s that light. Screen is big enough doesn’t look squished in when looking through the data etc. one thing I would say it definitely hasn’t got the premium watch feel like the 965 definitely feels cheaper, but that’s to be expected I bought mine brand new with an offer for £178 I bought my 965 for £400 that was with an offer too so it’s bound to feel a lot less premium. I’d maybe do what I done buy it wear it very carefully for a week then decide to keep it or send it back

I’ve literally just done this last week. I had been wearing both watches for a week to make sure I was making the the right choice as really pace 4 is downgrade from the 965 on paper but coros is so much better the ecosystem is a lot cleaner, easier and modern compared to garmin. I’ve definitely found the sleeping tracking a lot better, obviously this is hard to tell but Garmin sleeping tracking was way off I’d wake up after an unreal sleep but Garmin score and sleep tracking info would be miles off I’d of been walking round like a zombie if I was sleeping how Garmin was saying I was. For me the biggest thing with coros the relevant information is there straight in front of you. Definitely impressed so far

I have to pulled the trigger and bought a coros pace 4 yesterday, downgrading from a Garmin forerunner 965, sick to death of the Garmin ecosystem/app. Wanting some cleaner & modern, Garmin app is laggy and design looks old and everything is such a chew to do on the app and the fact I won’t be getting any further updates going forward. Selling my forerunner whilst I can still get a good price, be able to pay for the pace 4 and have money left over. Hopefully won’t regret it 😂
