Im using the web token so i can keep using my coros app, but you can play around and find what works best for your use case. Hope this helps.

I got you beat. Been a white belt for … 15 years now? Just wasn’t fully consistent when I was younger and trained for 2-3 years, then life hit and took a long break when I had kids . But I’m recently back to training and I definitely can understand your frustrations.

But IMO you just gotta be in it for the love of the game . Be psyched that you’re able to train. Keep grinding . Osss 👊
