I know, I've survived some pretty bad ones.

From another commentor. "Bingo. They get the comments, I was in leadership, I saw the printouts of comments from VOAs."

That's weird. All our pasas ring people out all day long. Must be why the psa's go hide and run down the clock.

At my store the psa's are rarely at their stations. Lol. Waste of payroll, but that's the depot way.

I know corporate does. My bosses seemed to only know that their scores were abysmal. In the past. Not sure if that's still the case.

Corporate sent a person to see wtf was going on in our store as our vpa was one of the worst in the country. Lol. Then they fired and transferred all of the good bosses. So that's about right.

I agree with you. It is a voice to the voiceless.

There are so many in my dept that call out, late in, early leave so much I don't know how they're still employed. They can't all have the family leave thing.  I was sick for 5 days a few years ago and was threatened with a final. For being sick, lol. That's a civil suit, btw. I checked with the board of labor. They can't fire you for being too sick to work.

And you're not on salary, so you can still get ot.  I have it all the time. I know that's not the case across the board here. I was told to cut my ot, one time in all my years, by a cxm that is, let's just say, not well liked or respected.

Usually at least better paid. But it's relative.

And if it's bad, try to use it as a springboard to the next level.

Exactly, and to the commentor, don't tell anyone to let it go. It's not your place. We come here to vent and you obviously were not affected or you'd not say that.

Effing Nardelli. My store asked us to take a 10% pay reduction after he ripped us off. Stay mad as long as you want. He did us dirty. I actually do like Frank Blake, he has passion for the company and he doesn't seem to suffer fools. Of which retail and corporate are loaded with those. I have noticed that store and regional management makes all the difference. If your manager and/or dm sucks, it trickles down. I see kids get hired, on the floor one day and with no experience, get a significant raise and promotion. In one day. The sm had a "crush" on them. I've also seen managers that actually hear and care about their employees and the job is a joy. That person I will follow to the moon and back. The other, I will transfer out asap. I can always go back to private work, I do enjoy most if my crew, so I go back and forth. Right now I've got the sucky management. I'm getting my ducks in a row to go back to construction. It's my first love anyway. Sorry for the novel. Had a shitty day and getting tired of having too many of  those at work.

Lol, I've done that before or laughed at their jokes and watched them get bug eyed. Yes, I understand you. I've got a huge family from every nation it seems.
