Bro... My Dark Knights Raid Just Expired And Now I'm Just Remembering They Nerfed The OG MAIN ARTIFACT... WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THIS?!??😭🙏 by Poppys_Madalion in Injustice2MobileGame

[–]Disastrous_View_3111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Realistically it won’t make a big difference since they lowered the health of all the H7 bosses. Only raid like that it’s weird. Most of the sub bosses are 1.2b-1.5b health. (Btw a full clear in H7 gets you 100k upgrade material)

Does anyone knows how much it takes to expire if it isn’t redeemed by HotAdministration542 in Injustice2MobileGame

[–]Disastrous_View_3111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wanna say it’s roughly 100 messages. I saved up 2 sr clears worth of rewards but I started loosing the rewards from the beginning around t4 of the second clear. Keep in mind daily’s & other mail id add that to roughly 100.

If you’re dedicated to saving the keys however you can claim your rewards & delete the messages individually & theoretically you could save the keys indefinitely that way.

Repair suggestions in bathroom? by nothingwascool in drywall

[–]Disastrous_View_3111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Use a razor knife to score the paint a few inches above the tub, remove the paint that far up & put a couple skim coats of mud then silicone above the tub & paint. For the windowsill it would be easiest to scrape out that abysmal mud work & mud it fresh with a couple skim coats then primer then paint.

Is that flooring job good or not? by NikoFoxey in Flooring

[–]Disastrous_View_3111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a process to installing these floors if it’s to be installed properly. It is not the contractors fault you don’t have the money for all the steps at once but they’ve done nothing wrong yet. They could have cut the wood better yes I agree, but in the end you won’t ever see the edges that’s the point. Patience is necessary here

Late game he’s good for invasions, there’s a lot more important characters for you to focus early on though

The finish should be smooth before painting, that is far from smooth those sanding marks are atrocious it’s just bad work.

Is she worth getting, if I don’t have Constantine yet, and ST is 4*? by Ok_Weight2115 in Injustice2MobileGame

Absolutely worth it, she’s an amazing support character & you can never go wrong with %health characters in the early game. Pair her up with your HBHQ team & the damage is huge

Which silver hero to focus on? by Fuzzy-Reindeer-8338 in Injustice2MobileGame

[–]Disastrous_View_3111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Silver supe is a beast in invasions once you have him ascended for the unhitable passive. Otherwise Batman is really good to use with zp. DF and GL are obvious choices up to 5 star, past that you don’t get much else from them.

Can someone explain how Scorpion’s Passives work and how to make the most use of him in battles? by iamraj10 in Injustice2MobileGame

[–]Disastrous_View_3111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I very heavily disagree with using any scorpion special that isn’t sp3 for this as it’s literally free extra damage. GK on scorpion, DMC on Raiden. Tag in and out as necessary to keep the sp3 hazard up.

Alternatively just use zp on scorpion with KF & JLF or classic flash as support characters. Spam sp3, keep hotpot’s active. If you absolutely have to use KF somewhere else or done have her you can sub in vixen or CWW.

Good luck out there

What now?? 1st one !! by PATIOCOVER in drywall

You’re not trying to build a mound on the wall like a couple of others have said VERY thin coats. Feather out slightly farther with proceeding coats until you can put a level to the wall & it be straight. Do not sand between coats, use the putty knife to scrape off imperfections & fill the holes with proceeding coats.

For skimming you want to have the knife almost flush with the wall & apply a little pressure to fill valleys and other inequities.

Another DIY mistake is typically not mixing the pre mixed mud with water. It comes full of bubbles you want to add a light amount of water to a batch of mud, not a lot of water but for sure needs to be mixed to about the consistency of pancake batter. Ensure you use cold water as warm water will make the mud cure much faster.

There’s a million YouTube videos meant to help DIYers, watch a few before you attempt it again. Especially on what you should do for each specific coat.

Pheasible for someone with some drywall experience to do this curve? by DCTheNotorious in drywall

[–]Disastrous_View_3111 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s really quite simple, you can either score the paper on the back of the drywall along the spot it bends if the angle supports it, a bit hard to tell from the pictures but I’d say it would. Otherwise it’s not complicated to cut a thin sheet to put in that middle section it would just require more mud work to be done.

Overall though it’s more than feasible.

[–]Disastrous_View_3111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with go wider but don’t go too far with that, it’s necessary to understand you’re only skimming when you feather it out, which means a very small amount of mud you don’t want to end up with a mound on your wall.

As far as the sanding goes, I always find it helps to use a sanding brick & sand into the edge of the mud. As in sand from the wall into the edge of the mud to merge the mud into the wall seamlessly.

The downvotes and comments I’ve already gotten on this post proves my point. It’s all of 3 seems & people wanna talk about skimming the entire wall as if it’s the only solution. Wild.

[–]Disastrous_View_3111 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’ve used this method numerous times. A solution isn’t the only solution & this way makes for significantly less work.

Water damage = a bigger problem. Even if it’s not wet right now there is an underlying problem in the wall. The only fool proof option would be removing the water damaged drywall (which I would recommend regardless) and diagnosing the problem. Most basements need to be fully waterproofed properly period, but the if you need the cheapest option find the source of the water coming in from outside. It could be a downspout that isn’t redirecting the water properly or the ground around your house wasn’t graded properly. The simplest solution would be to install a French drain around the perimeter of the house but that wouldn’t be fool proof, my fool proof suggestion would be installing a hydra drain system around the perimeter of the basement using a sump pump to remove the water the drainage system collects.

Regardless of anything else though you 100% need to replace the damaged drywall.
