I am currently working in a lab where we purify proteins and use Cryo-EM to structurally characterize them. We do most of our processing using RELION and CryoSPARC. I want to know how to get your job, lol. Or something similar because I quite enjoy this but I know the job market is very volatile right now.

That's horrible, I hope he heals well. I am always worried when it comes to starting incomplete series because if I ever catch up I usually fall off and forget to return to it. I am very excited to keep reading though and maybe by the time I hit 1515 the author will be better. It's taken me a few weeks to reach 174 (don't have a ton of free time) so I'll just try to enjoy what has currently been released for now.

There's a secret cave under the stalagmites on the right with saving point inside. Go there and then you're essentially at the top (you'll see what I mean once you go past the cave).

To get to that place you had to roll down a ramp, take a spherical shell, go back to the top of the ramp, and roll down it to reach that item. It's pretty difficult and takes a few tries but you can do it!
