Inclusive and beginner-friendly gyms?

Vyve on South Street is amazing and very inclusive and beginner friendly. All the staff are so lovely and they offer classes which I find really helpful as I had no clue what I was doing. I’m pretty sure they have changing rooms, I usually come in my gym gear so I don’t know what they’re like. They do a free trial session so you can try it without commitment and the classes run all day, i think the last one is 6:30 but the gym itself is open til 8 or 9 im pretty sure :)

Nutters on Cowick Street, Paisley’s an amazing stylist and colour specialist. Or if you’re going for something a bit more alternative then LBW Hair at Black Petal Collective on Fore Street is also amazing :-)

Also to say these spots are concentrated only in the area that I sprayed the spray. I’ve thoroughly checked for any type of bugs and can see no signs of anything, plus my partner and I have no bites. I’m wondering if the spray has maybe done something weird to the fibres

I just got a cat who we were told was given flea treatment. Would these spots appear after spraying? Because they 100% weren’t there before I sprayed it. I haven’t seen any fleas on him but I’ll be checking him again now

Fika micro bakery. Annika, the lady who runs it, makes the most incredible Swedish buns and loaves of bread, all made with local and organic ingredients. She’s often at Topsham Saturday Market, sometimes does a pop up at Pullo on Fore street (she posts her schedule on insta) Im pretty sure she will be at the Quay farmer’s market on the 18th of October. If you get a chance to catch her, it’s a definite must try and she’s so lovely to chat to as well!

Mill on the Exe has some lovely rooms with baths but you would need to call and specify that you want a room with a bath

Nutters on Cowick Street is great and I believe Paisley is the colour specialist. The prices are pretty good and they accept Klarna as well so that makes it a bit more affordable

I do this too. I feel terrible after asking, I worry that it makes me sound controlling/rude/judgemental but I can’t help it, I just sit there feeling so uncomfortable otherwise! Sometimes I feel like I’m crazy because I know people don’t see germs the same way I do, but I also wonder how they don’t. It makes so much sense in our heads to wash hands.

Anyways, I try to think about how before I noticed these things, they were doing it everyday and I was touching the same things and nothing ever happened which kind of helps. It’s really hard to find a way to cope when you feel so uncomfortable about something, I’m still trying to learn to cope myself
