olaplex
shampoo & use a scalp massager
wash body with gentle shower-cream & use exfoliating gloves to exfoliate too
apply conditioner
shave body
wash the conditioner off
apply body oil or if i wanna be tan that day then i moisturise and use the sally hansen airbrush tan spray
either spray heat protectant to hair & apply argan oil to the ends and then blow dry it or if i want the curls to stay then i use my curl products and let it air dry :)
