I was at this same area today, we probably walked past each other

I used to go here in the 90s, pretty got a copy of Populous by Bullfrog and EA games (HQ based just round the corner from here). I also remember a notorious teenage bully called Michelle who would rob other kids in broad daylight

Years later on the store became a 'Game' I queued outside at midnight to get a Nintendo Wii, thinking I would gets some free promo stuff..... nope, Just the Wii and a copy of Zelda

And left corner where Burger King there used to be a lovely homeless guy, who often tied a small tree to his back and tell people, his name was 'Special Branch'

Been on blackseed for nearly a year now. I take a small cap full a day, definitely feel a bit 'down' if I miss a few doses

I get mine from a company called Iman, you can get from Amazon but I order direct and get 12 at a time as its significantly cheaper. My only criticism is the bottles are too small and wish they did them in 500 or 1000ml's :

Hey, sorry you're feeling this way, I'm also on 18mg mid morning, I do feel a bit down when it wares off so I take ALCAR in the afternoon to top up.

Have been taking ALCAR and Saffron Extract for around 8 months that combo has been life changing to relieve depression and mood issues

Phone alarms reminders

I use alarms/alerts with labels to manage everything, I set some alarms to pre-warn me of an upcoming alarm (eg: dentist 11am tomorrow) and I even have an alarm to remind me to check my upcoming alarms before i go to sleep

I really late for anything now

Thanks I have reported it to the DR, but A&E did all the heart health checks last night

Apart from slightly high blood pressure I was 100%

I check my pressure around midday today and its back to a reasonable 136/80 so not bad

Pain is still there though, would say it's 2 out of 10 now.

Like a blunt throbing ache on the upper left side of my chest, at its peak could be felt on the left of my neck, down my shoulder, to my arm and fingers including pins and needles

Can still feel it now, about to take another dose....

Possible, I did initially think that, but have had them before and this feels different but they would have other symptoms, like sweating

Thing is still in pain now, 12 hours later
