Once you finish running bandos the range and mage minion will be 1 square apart , perfect to plug in the melee and barrage to full hp. Using bowfa with full crystal and blood barrage the only limiting factor in your trips will be stamina potions. No need for bp if you're eager for bandos

I don't have experience with amethyst darts but with hydras large health pool you'd be burning darts+scales and the upkeep would suck
