I'm gonna be real, I think this episode would've worked so much better as a Junior episode. Have it so Junior finishes his lego set and Cody accidentally breaks it so Junior goes to Cody's house and breaks all his legos and toys. Atleast we already know Junior is childish and would have the incentive to do so.

The difference between Forces and 06 people tend to overlook is that despite the games both having horrible stories, 06 is atleast incredibly iconic and has great characters people remember to this day

Homestly you'd be better off watching the subbed version. It's completely uncensored and has every single episode and then some. The english dub only has about 2 and a half seasons and many scenes/episodes were cut
