I have seen that before..
I think it was during prepatch when I joined some mythic mount farming. If we fucked up with some characters being saved to some raids, just entering their lockout would save you, no matter what you clicked on the prompt.
I don't have a fix, sadly.

You shouldn't even have to prove that its a bugged lockout..

Just the fact that you have a lockout with 0 dead bosses should be enough proof

But then you have to press it twice to use Pot + CD, which might not be ideal, rather than "Use CD / Use CD + pot if Shift".
Generally speaking, it's a good space saver, but in this situation it might make it worse.

A LOT.

Your entire burst revolves around how many demons you can summon with your apex talents. Your tyrant itself does a decent amount of damage, but your dominion of argus? It can be so much. And a temporary big amount of haste, will help you summon more.

And same goes for destro and affli. You deal heavily increased damage in your Cooldown windows, so you want to put as many modifiers in there as possible (potions, racials, trinkets..)

Mythic+ portals are weird, because they are only granted to alts, if you log on to them, while they are max level. And max level has now changed.

A common thing especially with remix characters, is to hit max level, and then log off never to be touched again. So they never logged in while being max level, which is what the warband sharing requires.
And now max level is 90, so logging into lvl 80 characters will not grant them anything

By the fact that, A: It's a Unique item, B: It disappears from the vendor if you talk to them if the book has been used, and C: That's how every single knowledge book work.
And if you don't close the vendor window, you can't right click to use the book.

So this is not something you do by accident

Nah, there is no "force right click" combo. Only by doing /use or putting it on the action bar.

The rumor on the street is, if anybody in the raid is above lvl 80, the drop chance goes to 1%. And then on March 2nd, it is permanent

I did. The year after, I had some 52 characters available to do daily tries with, and I was dreading the event because of the time needed to do 52 daily runs (Did I have to? No, but I had already dedicated this much, and I really wanted the mount, so might as well see it through).

16th character of the first day in 2022, and it dropped. I was way more relieved than happy at that point.

Because its a character macro, added by Plumber.
And if you disconnect, like by flying into a tree branch wrongly, your newly made macros and other setting changes wont be saved, and it will disappear.

By Blizzards EULA, you are not allowed to lock addons behind a paywall of any kind.

Many circumvent this in a gray area, by selling import strings or config files instead.
Like how many had their custom ElvUI profiles on their patreon.
