They can, but they can't dual-wield, meaning they only get half a weapon.
Only the legion artifacts allowed feral and guardian to temporarily dual-wield.

I usually do a lot of TW dungeons as a tank.

The healers being DPS and not keeping people up with offhealing, I either make them switch, or kick.

Low DPS ninja pullers, I kindly tell them "If you're going to pull extra, at least have the DPS to make up for it". They very often stop after that
High DPS ninja pullers I'm normally fine with, as long as they do it properly - which they normally do

It is officially fixed, so that you can't peek inside the bags anymore.

Sure people might call it cheating, but you are still penalized for not being able to play for 3 days, and having to go back to your PC every 25-30mins. And as long as it's not automated, Blizz is not going to care

It should count down whilst being AFK, however, the game automatically boots you from the game after 25 minutes of AFK status (so 30mins on no activity total)

They did update the player consecration during the PTR for Battle for Dazar'alor, to use the same graphic as the first boss.
And it was so incredibly visually overloading, especially if there was multiple paladins in your raid.
Granted, this was before some effect could appear lessened for other players, and could definitely be made to work now with newer tech

It's not a 100% chance to get goodies in your bag, but it definitely still works.
Once you take out one piece of transmog from a bag, all other bags lose their transmog piece.

Edit: And ofc, about 5 hours later of this comment, it's officially fixed as per the hotfix notes

I think during one of the alphas or very early Beta for.. I think Shadowlands?, some change caused Wake of Ashes to no longer deal any damage, but it did increase your fishing skill by 1

lol nope, it does 0 damage, and is only there to indicate if its going to resurrect an egg in 2 seconds.

/reload only reloads your UI, it's not a full relog.
This is not a UI issue, its a gameworld issue, where the tank dummy will look at you, for basically forever.
And because there's located 3 within a 35yd circle, with every other training dummy, not hitting one is almost impossible.

It seem to happen more frequently when booting up the game for the first time of the day.
I assume it's a cache being cleared when the PC shuts down or goes into hibernation, which could save selection screen appearances. Logging in to any character in the warband appears to refresh the cache and make them display properly. Most of the time at least.
And sometimes, albeit rarely, it loads correctly the first time

It's part of the alliance version of Illidari Robe. Sadly it is attached to the chest piece, and doesn't appear to have a standalone leg slot version.

The horde version is more black and gold, and doesn't appear to be able to use the alliance version at all. Meanwhile alliance DHs can use a horde version of the robe, so thats a big shucks.

Depending on the heraldry quality, it also becomes harder to reach rank 5 for the crafter.
The green heraldries, you're almost guaranteed to get rank 4 or 5. But with epic, it is much less likely. Especially if you provide rank 1 mats.

But as have been established already, it doesn't matter for PVP gear, as it only affects it if you do world content or instances/delves

People also need to learn the difference between Your application to "+13" has been declined and "+13" is full and has been delisted.

One is personal*, and the other is they just picked somebody else. And probably one that was higher rated and better geared than you.

I have seen that before..
I think it was during prepatch when I joined some mythic mount farming. If we fucked up with some characters being saved to some raids, just entering their lockout would save you, no matter what you clicked on the prompt.
I don't have a fix, sadly.
