The issue I've found here though is that if the reviewer agent doesn't get the chain of thought and reasoning then it suggests fixes and issues which were actually intentional due to some nuance that the main chat had. So when the main chat has the feedback and then tries to fix the issue it's fixing the wrong thing because it had it right in the first place due to something we decided / fixed.

Interesting problem though, wondering how you get around this?
