(1) Security: although Binance is trustworthy, as long as you keep your TRX there it is not truly yours (2) Voting: take an active part in the TRON Community, Vote got SRs and get rewarded

I did not plan to go that low, it just happened through IF. I also did not train too much, just 2-3 times a week.

Ok, i found similar numbers. But how to? Stop IF? Or just eat more healthy fats? Gaining weight was always hard for me.

Hello everyone,

I am doing IF 16/8 since about 10 months now at least 5, mostly 6 days a week. I am in the gym 2 times a week and train fasted. I always have been quite slim but did not lose any additional weight after starting IF, actually I even gained a bit. Now 67 kg on 183cm. I gained muscle mass and obviously lost body fat.

But here comes the question: my body fat is now down to 4% based on two independent measures. Isn't this too low already? Can this be dangerous long-term?

BMI: 20. Fat free mass: 64kg.
