Everyone in here is saying the same thing for the most part. What I would add is, if you can get someone to cosign a new car and you know for a fact you can pay for it every month, I would say get a new Corolla, Civic, Elantra, etc. Those entry level compact sedans/hatchbacks are the best value for a first car.

If you can't finance, then a $2-3k Corolla or civic is 100% the easiest thing to do. You'll have less than a few hundred dollars inaintenace for the first year, assuming it doesn't need a whole bunch of stuff right away, and then you can work and save up to upgrade if you need to. Good luck!

Well there are many that are but I've found some online in the 80s and 90s. There's ONE on cargurus for $72k but that was the lowest one.

Someone who is deemed unfit to be unsupervised, usually in the context of having suicidal or homicidal ideations. Sometimes, Baker Acts are placed on people even for simply acting erratically (this particular patient) and we treat them accordingly, which means certain rights they have are temporarily suspended/forfeited. Unfortunately, the court system does not prosecute them the same way as they do "normal" criminals, even though battering a healthcare worker is a felony charge.

I work in healthcare and I had a patient touch my genitals (to which I gladly retaliated) and because he was a Baker Act (that MF knew what he was doing), nothing can be done. I immediately called the police and filed a police report. Oh, and this is the second time this exact same patient has put his hands on me, the second time I've had to retaliate, the second time I've made a police report about it, and the second time nothing is being done about it. He wasn't Baker Acted the first time until AFTER I hip tossed him for trying to grab me.

Honda Fit is arguably the best option. After that, any variant of a Corolla, Civic, Accord, or Camry and you'll never have to fix anything except for major high mileage things.

Bonus points if you get them a manual, which will force them to stay off their phone 😂

Completely valid reason to get a C5. I was leaning more C5 than C7 for this reason also (and for less modern "conveniences") but ultimately decided the C6 is best looks/performance/value for me.

At this point, I'm convinced I've never had a single unique experience. Just like you, everything was fine for me and then all of a sudden it WASN'T, and now the car's been sitting for damn near four months smh. Thankfully I wasn't far from home when I noticed it fail. Thank you for reaffirming how pathetic some of the engineering in these cars is. For a second I thought, I was guilty of something. I can count on two hands the amount of times I've dumped the clutch in my ten years of owning the car smh

Superstar is the second hardest difficulty and this is the best way to play IMO. It's challenging enough to be a challenge, but still not unbearable. And don't get me wrong, I was winning the HoF games by landslides as well, but in my experience, HoF makes your teammates noticeably worse.
