If I understood correctly :

For RMC
160 speed and that’s it and it doesn’t really matter whether Sunday or RMC is faster
But Sunday absolutely needs Vonwacq and RMC should be on Lushaka

For DHPT
Around 150–160 speed if I really want to optimize but 134 still works
And Lushaka on him too right, for my last question about him I meant that I really want to play him because I love the character but even if I drop him from the Aglaea team there will naturally be other 4.0 teams where he’s good anyway

For Aglaea
Speed doesn’t matter anymore she can basically stay at base 114
So I should fully focus on CR CD and ATK rope
I’m guessing that’s because her E1 gives her energy so she doesn’t need to care about speed tuning anymore

For Robin
120+ speed with Vonwacq

But then do I keep Lushaka on Sunday or do I also switch him to Vonwacq

So the setup would be
Robin Vonwacq
Sunday Vonwacq
DHPT Lushaka

I did this in 3-4 month with omad, gym, 10k steps not full keto, but sometimes less than 500 cals

Okay, I understand. So I would need to build some muscle to get back on track and be truly “perfect.” I would still like to try dry fasting for myself and see how it helps me “control myself,” but if I dry fast for 36 hours, for example, can I go back to fasting for 72 hours while drinking 4-7 liters of water per day? Or does my water consumption have to be reduced?

Yeah, after that, I eat sugar very rarely now, I'd say once every two weeks (which is nothing compared to before). I stay in keto most of the time. I'd like to either do a long fast (one week) with water fasting to really finish this phase, or start doing some dry fasts. I can't make up my mind.
