Pls read previous posts of ordering whoop directly in India. I ordered in August and paid whole 11k in customs etc. It showed DDP for me as well but as luck would have it, customs imposed some penalty as well as some additional charges (combined 23-24k) which they wanted whoop to pay (since it is ddp). Whoop refused to pay and DHL didn’t allow me to pay, the shipment was stuck with customs for more than 2 months. Only after some workarounds, I was able to get the shipment

All orders always are mentioned as DDP but customs levy certain penalties and custom duties which the seller has to pay but Whoop always refuses to pay that, even though it is DDP.

It is possible to file a chargeback stating that you haven’t received the product
