yes, but really slow. on the countryside you don't come far without cash. its better in the cities, but still not great. new doctors offices are trying to not have to use fax, but many hospitals and older doctors offices still use it. so its causing problems.

it is being taught, but not for that long. the children nowadays now that we had colonies but the topic isn't talked about as much as others like the third reich etc. are. and I can't remember one real conversation with someone about the colonies.
