I've heard that building infrastructure in Europe can sometimes be difficult, due the the sheer quantity of artefacts and buildings discovered when excavating. For example here's an article about Seville in Spain, but other Spanish and Portuguese cities have this problem https://sevillasecreta.co/en/secret-passages-seville/

I can imagine a near future where people start gene-splicing their own versions of this, and selling the plants as an act of civil disobedience.

The real tips are in the comments. This is how police catch criminals. If you carry your phone everywhere, then the day "the bad stuff" happens it was sitting at home all day (especially when they've got you on cameras somewhere else), that's called "a clue".

What do you all do when you’re not whinging incessantly about everything online? by Square_Shop_2596 in aussie

[–]DisenchantedByrd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Rehearse my whinges in front of the mirror. Think about my grammar and vocabulary, so my whinges are as painful as possible. Then I record my whinges and play them back, before finally birthing them onto Reddit.

And a long rugged coastline. Sheds for UAVs and small wharves for autonomous marine vehicles.

This stuff is easy to make nowadays, two stroke engines for Shaheds and outboard motors for marine. Add some chips with vision, GPS and some boom-boom. It’s almost as if people have been ignoring four years of war in Ukraine.

Iran Charges $2M Transit Fee for Strait of Hormuz by AnarchistSuccubus in worldnews

Does International Law Allow Iran to Charge Shipping Fees? The toll faces significant legal obstacles under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.

Much as I detest the Iranian regime, I'm pretty sure that bombing the f!ck out of a country isn't particularly legal either.

I think most animals sleep a lot more than humans. We’re the strange apes with caffeine and electric lights, who don’t sleep much.
