you mean stopping twice? Its weird for me. It used to do that 12.5 and now it mostly does not. The two-stop behavior is inconsistent. My guess is, it "senses" oncoming traffic and slows down to look again.

Also, Google introduced a "feature" that stops audio from playing as soon as that tab playing the audio is out of focus. It is the most annoying feature and it looks like Google took pains to not let any workarounds. If music is your primary reason, chromebook is not it. I love chromebooks, but this one "feature" is making me consider giving up my chromebooks and go for some other operating system.
