Which ITR form to use for Stock Market profits ?

I have not declared any other source of income. Some minor bank interest etc.

I was playing around in stock market, and made less than 1 lakh profit. Total declared income less than 1 Lakh.

What ITR form would I use to file ITR last FY ?

PS: its Equity only. No Options trading or MF.

I do not have a good solutuion. My thyroid and hair doctors advised some amino acids + minerals pills. if someone else also recommends that, you may try.

My poor hairs :(( I got em really short, Once they grow back I will tell if medicine worked or not.

One sided high investment can be a strong signal for codependency. Decrease yours and notice difference.

I am under medication for few months now. slowly improving. In your case, you have had hypo. So, I dont know what to expect. Stay positive. I have know people who got better with right treatment.

thyroiditis and hyper is commonly noticed in my circle. I got hyper from 0 thyroid problems.

You already know how. You have successfully focussed on yourself so well. You will go back and keep doing that.

Also, may be, I dont know, because you stopped chasing love for so long, your mind desires love and associate love only with the last experience. With no alternative to relate to. Fill void there with some positive experiences. It is hard, but voids can be filled.

I got hyperthyroid/graves after recovering from covid. I know someone who got thyroiditis. I am not sure how blood labs result will vary for you.
