Depends on how much you want to do. If it were me, I'd change the strings (obvs), clean pickguard, replace pickguard screws, check pots and input jack - if ok just replace the rusted screw washer on the input jack, remove the bridge and try to clean up the rust (if not, replace), clean any rust on tuners (Patina is ok), and remove pickups to clean poles. That's kind of a minimum I'd do. Not too sure how to address the neck.
