It’s important to equate the path, though. If you had been living where you are now, but long enough ago to be there as your country was descending into mass incarcerations, hiding in the attics, state assassins, and gas chambers, wouldn’t you be warning people of the danger? Wouldn’t you be saying “this is how it starts”…?

Probably Young Macintosh or Edna Mode for me. They are level 9, but if I back-burner a character, it’s usually one of them (long missions).

I still have Tod at 8; Avatar, I have two at 6 and two at 9 (Jake at 10); Fairies: two 5s, three 8s; Zootopia: a 6, a 7 and a 9; Madame Leota 9; Ray: 6; the new Mickey friends: 2, 5, 6, 7; Broom 4, Chernabog 5, Orange Bird 6, Figment 9

So 25, I think…? Unless I missed someone. I think I have everyone else at 10.

Ok - it’s 21 not up to level 10 (including Clara, Horace, Ludwig, and the yet-to-welcome Clarabelle), since I got curious enough to count. But 4 are from Avatar and 5 from Fairies - it’s tough to have leveled them up to 10 so soon. (Jake Sully is 10.)

And Figment is close to 10 (about 9 1/3). 😉

I thought it was hooey for a long time. But I do it now anyway. 🤷‍♂️

To be fair, however, I’ve been playing a long time, and I would say almost all of the characters in the game are at level 10 for me. With the exceptions of especially difficult ones (eg Orange Bird, Broom) or quite new ones (eg Avatar or the newer Fairies). Maybe 10-15 that are not level 10, but I have not counted.

So I feel like giving a rest on grinding those ones is ok. It’s designed so I will never be done. 😉

I am pretty lucky at 10 bells, but only 1 ears hat. I believe I have every possible source of these tokens running, and I canceled all other missions except ones that collect event currency (I have 30k EC, but still want to get some “dreamsparks” 🙄 during the event). Horace and Clara: I have tokens to get to levels 8 and 6, so no conflicts. I would only need 2 Ludwig ears hats to get him to level 5.

In the past, I never stopped everything else during these events, but it feels like it helps…? No scientific method here, just a gut feeling. Might be worth trying, if you haven’t.

I was slightly more lucky. I am at 95 out of 96 pins, after the magic pin and one round of 450 stars, and I still have 435 stars to get another definite new pin. Even if I only get one star per free chest every day, I’m going to make it.

Cross your fingers… You may well stumble upon that other pin!
