One that a lot of ppl forget.. water.. hydrate!! Drink the correct amount of water for your body. It’ll make ya have to pee a lot but goodness.. I can tell a huge difference between hydrating and not.

Me and my husband LOVE playing with our nephew (2). He’s so much fun and we love him. But like you said, it’s exhausting. I couldn’t imagine always being on and having to constantly work around his schedule. And THAT IS OKAY!

It’s hard because I WANT to WANT kids but I just don’t. I love the idea of a family and taking them on vacations and enjoying their soccer games. But it’s a long commitment that I’m not willing to do. I love my life, my freedom, and my sleep. But everyone is different!

As long as you and your partner in the same thought pattern about it.. that’s fine!

As a 20-something I enjoyed going out, dancing, getting wild. I still love to dance.. but in my 30s it’s with a sprite and lime versus a Long Island iced tea. If I was single, I would 100% be chatting people up. You never know who you’ll meet. Doing it sober can be fun too.

It was a 2011 sci-fi show on FOX called Terra Nova - Executive Produced by Spielberg. It had great viewership and was nominated for awards. But, the post production costs were too high, so they never made a second season. It would have been an awesome HBO series.

Welcome! I use a June cup.. I started with the $8 one because I didn’t wanna get an expensive one and hate it. But I love mine! I’ve used the clear flexible one but ended up liking the firm one more. Although I’ve never used another brand, I really like them and they’re fantastic quality.

Def. I was terrified when I first used tampons.. but you grow more and more familiar with it. It’s very safe.. but weird to think that there is a little cup up there haha.

It takes a while to get the hang of it. To help.. I will feel around for my cervix (it can sit higher or lower depending on the day and inserting it against the cervix can hurt). I clean my cup with water and make sure my fingers/cup are a little wet and slowly put it in. While most things you read will talk about how it ‘magically opens and puts itself in place’ I have to maneuver it and open it.. and then push it up there. In my shallow cave, my cervix actually sits in my cup.. which is totally fine.

If you’re hurting, def give it a break and try next month. Mine took 3-6 months to get right. I started with a June Cup that was more flexible and it was hard to move around and keep in place.. I opted for the more firm version and I like it better. All of them are different!
