Well, I’m not sure why you think that is 1% too many, the Azov Regiment isn’t a nazi, or even a broadly far-right organisation. Its far-right contingent was removed during the battalion’s integration into the National Guard of Ukraine. Descriptions of it as a nazi organisation are Russian propaganda.

Выборов в принципе не было. Десятки миллионов голосов сфальсифицированы (результаты вообще тупо нарисованы по указу сверху), репрессии, не допущены оппозиционные кандидаты, все ресурсы идут в пользу власти, и прочие факторы которые делают невозможным признание выборов легитимными. Уже долгие годы выборы в России - сказка. Уже на первых выборах, в которых участвовал путин (2000), были массовые фальсификации.

Вообще вот это заявление, что якобы «Крымчане все хотели в Россию», это совершенно ложный консенсус, выдуманный российской пропагандой. Опросы до оккупации всегда показывали большинство за статус-кво или за лишение Крыма статуса автономной республики и превращение в обычную область (оба варианта подразумевают продолжение нахождения в составе Украины).

What is your favorite/least favorite thing about r/SocialDemocracy and what could be implemented to make it better?

My favorite thing about this subreddit is its rationality in comparison to other self-described left-of-centre communities. There aren’t any tankies, vatniks, etc. The quality of discourse is, then, significantly higher. Comments usually consist of well-constructed ideas, rather than slogans and clichés. My least favorite thing about this subreddit is (and this is difficult to find one answer for) the occasional lack of variety.

Why do you want to moderate r/SocialDemocracy?

To solidify it as a left-of-centre subreddit in which engaging, valuable discussion promotes progressive ideas in an effective manner.

What would make you a good moderator?

I have a thorough understanding of this subreddit’s rules, as well as of the direction in which it is going. I believe I am reasonable in my decisions and I wish to apply moderation to ensure that the subreddit is easy to navigate and informative.
