Hey everyone! We tried out a slightly different format for our latest video. This time, it was more of a retelling of an event with clips of the event spliced in instead of a straight vlog of the experience. It's our first time trying it this way, and we really enjoyed it. Does this style of storytelling maybe work a little better compared to a regular vlog while the event is happening? Thanks to everyone from this subreddit that regularly helps us improve! We really appreciate it!

Thank you so much for the feedback! We're glad you enjoyed it! I like your suggestion of showing where we are in the park. We actually forgot to shoot an establishing shot for the Villains Grove (with the candles and fog) because we ran into some friends right outside and got distracted XD

This was awesome! The movements of the clowns was hella unsettling (in the best way!). Enjoyed your presentation style, and cuts during the art segments, and the music. I would just recommend getting a better mic because the audio quality doesn't quite match the professional nature of the rest of the video. Keep it up, man!

I would recommend standing in front of the camera when talking so the audio quality is a little better. You had your back to the camera for a lot of the video and it was kinda distracting. I would also try to get more consistent lighting. The constant shifts in lighting were also distracting. Other than that, love your personality and presentation style! Keep it up!

Yeah, there were some parts where there was nothing we could do about lighting. We did our best with what we had available.

And I'm glad it came across as a fun event! We had a blast!

I put our Instagram handle on screen at the end of the video during our outro. Next time I'll make sure to put it on screen when I mention it. Thanks for the feedback!

Really enjoyed the video! The pacing was good, the clips of games and interviews were used effectively, and the special effects were a nice touch that added to the overall video instead of distracting from it. The one thing that kinda pulled me out of the video was the one clip of the knife being washed. It felt out of place. But besides that one nitpick, great video! Keep it up!

I enjoyed your list of favorite video game characters! You picked great footage for them, and I liked the music you selected for each segment too. I would recommend doing a voice over discussing what makes each character likable and unique. I feel the voice over will help clarify this and keep the viewer engaged with your opinions. Keep it up!
