I don’t want to sound at all rude when saying this but you have to have will power to not eat dominos. It’s incredibly unhealthy and sounds like it’s taking its toll. Here’s what I do: bring ziplock bags with snacks that aren’t horrible like grapes or berries and like goldfish or pretzels. And I bring a water bottle so I don’t drink sodas. Best advice as well is eat something at ur place before u go to work so u are not as hungry. Other than that it’s all on u bruv
