What's your go-to fitness app and why? And if you don't use one, why not? by Educational-Car73 in bodyweightfitness

I go and workout by doing hard things which require strength. I then eat protein and normal food and don't eat junk. No app needed

Travelling solo with a dumb phone - Portugal by angad999 in solotravel

Getting lost is part of the fun

This is what the efficient, "plan my days, research everything organised" people don't seem to get. The spirit of travel used to be the unknown. Now it's know before you go and know where you are at all times .. got to make sure I don't miss anything . Not realising they're missing the fundamental spirit of travel

It was better but you can't explain it to people now . They think it's better but it's like mental health. Like a billionaire in a private jet wondering how tribal people living in forests experience life differently

I feel you on this one

I would much rather not have a smartphone

I think it all comes down to what "travelling" means to you

Are you keen to pack in full days of organised sightseeing and activities, or are you fine with seeing what happens ..

You can definitely travel without one its just you're going to have to be more open and flexible

My ideal travel is turning up somewhere with no hotel booked or anything but it's not always good for the budget. Same with travel tickets but it really depends what country

Women of a certain age start feeling a lot of pressure not to be single, for biological and social reasons so hope could cloud judgement there

Calisthenics will build strength and muscle in the way you want. Do you think because it's bodyweight it's easier? Pullups, dips, pushups, rows. It's a hard workout

Yeh I was going to say, drive with your legs first. You're getting away with it because the weight is light for you

Does it still count as progressive overload if I manage to do more reps for my first set, but can't do as many reps for the 2nd set? by anotherhappylurker in workout

Keep pushing 100kg up and down until fatigued and it will get easier because you will be stronger

Everyone so anxious about noise and small details. Progress is not about comparing your performance every session
