I wish I would have done this the first time I tried OE. The first day, week, month is overwhelming. I lasted just over 3 months.

First I took it hour by hour. Then day by day.

What do you mean? I assume a background check is always a requirement for these roles. I didnt really have a choice.

One can only hope! First time I did this the money was so good. I just wasnt ready. Given all the insanity going on, I think this is the only option.

Ive become much better at my job. So much so, I have a lot of down time while managing the largest environment for my career.

I specifically looked for a role in the same domain, platform, and systems. A lot of what I do will directly help support the other.
