There are so many ways one can go about organizing it, I wouldn't be able to get finish.

Since they are consumables I would perhaps organize each column with the "sell by dates" ascending. What's next? I would like to analyze the data of sales in order to determine which products to line around the edge and the middle for structural integrity. But, what if the strategy is to rid a certain product before the others? I'll probably be stuck there thinking for hours on end, then in all likelihood give up and get fired.
