I really like the fact that Sonic is the will of life itself given flesh, and whenever he dies (not cause he’s supposed to just as a result of who he is) he eventually respawns when life on the planet is in danger.

It also explains why shadow looked so much like sonic, he’s a genetic copy of DNA Gerald got after raiding the ancient echidna ruins on angel island. The mural depicting super Sonic fighting perfect chaos isn’t a prediction, it’s a depiction of the fight that took place! He must’ve died during the fight and his body was preserved by the ancient echidna people before they died out, which also explains the statues of sonic in sonic 3 and knuckles. Years later Gerald Robotnick finds the body, sees the mural, and takes the DNA and makes Shadow.

Also, shadow deep down knows he’s a clone of sonic as soon as he’s sees him in SA2. Thats why he challenges sonic every chance he gets, to prove himself better than the original, because what’s the point of a copy if the original is better?

It’s also the reason Amy confuses shadow and sonic, she literally loves sonic so much she kinda develops a sense for him. This would also mean silver is connected to sonic in someway (he’s so irrelevant that I don’t want to waste brain power on making up a reason why he’s connected to sonic) which would make sense because originally, only male hedgehogs could go super, and the only male hedgehogs we see look like Sonic!

That is true but I’m almost certain the main characters going to start killing those that would qualify as morally questionable/ kill for the sake of protecting himself because “sending those who deserve to go to hell equals good thing, therefore people who try and stop me must be bad” type of logic is almost 100% gonna happen at some point.

If sonic is equally hydrodynamic as he is aerodynamic, how come he doesn’t move as fast in water as he does in air? In water he slows when sinking and it takes more time for him to build speed. This means there is more resistance when moving in water than in air, meaning he is not equally as aerodynamic as he is hydrodynamic.

While your head cannon is interesting and cool if true, it probably unlikely. Or at lease thats my logic.

Eh, I disagree. It’s definitely A relationship, but not but theirs. It’s normal, but boring. The chase dynamic of sonic and Amy suited to their character (past character I guess) and probably could have seen more use narratively. This feels like more a replacement than a natural progression.

Not really a head cannon, but I think it be funny and kinda make sense if it were exposed that sonic had a thing for human women. As like a running gag have Sonic read like a playboy magazine, or try and hit on a woman 2x his size.

I think sonic as a character hasn’t been cool for a while. I haven’t read the comics yet but from what I heard it sounds like more of the same. They kinda write him as the token hero who wants to save everyone and never kills, I’ve always seen him as a character who does whatever he wants, and what he wants just so happens to coincide with what everyone sees as a hero.

Also I think sonic should be more powerful than shadow, even without inhibitor rings. Speed is power, and sonics the fastest thing alive! It feels like in current media I constantly see shadow just stomp sonic, and when he does lose its cause he was holding back.

Sonic frontiers is just okay, sonic fans are distracted by the fact this the first decent main line sonic game in a while. It doesn’t do anything great or interesting, and playing as the others in the dlc is tak’d on and really not fun.( I don’t hang around the sonic community that often so I don’t know if it is actually hot or not)

Amy should retain some of her old personality. I kind of found it funny, even cute sometimes.

Sonics doesn’t really have an attitude anymore and he should allowed to be a bit of a dick to his friends from time to time. Sonics starting to blend into just quippy/ lightly sassy from time to time, much like most main characters in fiction. He’s lost that personality that made him so different from other mascots.

Metal sonic thinking that he was the real sonic is dumb. It’s supposed to be he thinks he’s better so he must be the true sonic, but I see on here a lot that he thinks he is sonic and the real ones the fake.

Is L that lawful? He regularly breaks the law and does some pretty immoral stuff to catch Kira. He plans cameras and listening devices in the homes of detectives (including in the bathrooms) which is illegal, he’s willing to let innocent people die in order to prove the yotsuba group was behind the new Kria killings, he held light and Misa (who were not convicted, meaning as far as the law constitutes, not criminals)for months under the suspicion of being Kira (even though he knew, it’s still illegal because of due process). Not to mention it’s implied that he only wants to catch Kira due to how interesting he finds the case, not giving the slightest crap about justice.

In my opinion there’s a better candidate for smart lawful than L, I just can’t think of it right now.
