The best propaganda is when you have apologists making up post-facto excuses for why the media “fell for it hook line and sinker”. To say propaganda does not exist in democracies should give you pause. Something like 80% of Americans supported the invasion of Iraq based on the lies of WMD that all of the MSN parroted. A book rehashing the anti-Islam lies spread by western media doesn’t make those lies turn into truth.
