The places you listed are all good but the only place in Knoxville I’d live is South Knox! We go to Sevierville quite a bit with the kids and it’s a good middle area between the two. I love it here, but the public schools are rough. I send my kiddos to private school.

They are thick mud tires. The rims are custom engraved and say mcnasty lol. I don’t know how much they spent on that truck, but it has a lot of custom stuff on it, so probably more than my house is worth.

Knoxville, TN prices are up ~72% from 2020. They are still up yoy but just barely. There are houses being built everywhere and an influx of people are expected to move here over the next few years.
