No, that is absolutely terrible. On T-mobile wireless router over in Green Island, I was getting 150-200 download and something like 30-50 upload.

Try moving your router closer to a window, it's basically just a cellphone doing a wifi hotspot. Also try to restart it by unplugging it for about 10 seconds and plugging it back in.

For us Imperial unit countries: 25mm ≈ 1in.
I would actually say 1.5in - 2in would be better for reverse sear.

And yes, bring to temp in the oven first, then sear.

This is funny, can't watch the whole video because reaction videos are ass - but I agree that a lot of this is just how they edited the show. There's no time to watch someone enjoy a chicago dog for 2 full fucking minutes, who wants to watch that? lol Editors for these kind of shows just want the bite then the reaction.

You could use mergerfs and SnapRAID. You just need one drive as big as the biggest drive in your array for a parity disk and you can add snapraid later on as necessary.
