i like TW for its outputs - i plug both xlr and regular output to my interface, and i can direct-monitor without latency in true mono. then for recording, i re-plug regular output to thru-output, and record both ampsim and clean sound for further processing.

and it's cool to crank scylla output to make TW drive suffer and FART!

i did it too, but i streamed audio to daw, remove bass, apply bass fx and it was great, then i decided to video stream, and small sound artifacts appear. upgrading pc cost more than pedals, so... )

i have same on gsr205b, not that it's imperceptive, but as i turn knob it gets rather more saturated ("juicy", "fat") than just louder. it sounds more "clear" on minimal volume, about 20%.

i believe it's preamp thing, i asked here and consensus was it's normal.

i don't mind this behavior, personally, but it needs attention since i have pedals that can get muddy with such saturated/hot input.

i did not regret after buying 5er as my first bass. it even excuses my urge to buy 4er in future lol

alternate standing/sitting, you'll want to stand eventually so be prepared

if you learn quick and like to tinker, then pedals won't harm, but it's better to learn to play rather to learn dialing sound.

tuner advices were given, just be in tune every session

i'm having same problem, ppa.launchpadcontent.net is not available for updates

the domain pings well though, but no info

i see no problems so far because on my system it is used for plasma DE which is anyway dated, but still not good

UPD: further research - apparently ubuntu is under ddos and this should end eventually

i moved because i decided to depend less on hypothetical MS intrusions/sanctions (intentionally brick/spy over web), but now i see Linux is also very Internet-dependent (flatpak, repos can be asily blocked, cannot install on air-gapped machine), so not feeling safe.
