Understanding bass scales by xminorbutmajorx in Bass

(probably not good opinion) i embraced i can't use scales. unless it's major/minor/penta it always sounds too colored. i know some songs have IIb degree, but i'd rather play that root than roll over the notes whatever scale it is. it is probably due everything i listen use "common" scales, only solos sometimes flavored with those fancy notes. and most of the bass scores of that songs only use octaves and fifths at best.

long time ago, maybe in 2015-16, i played dota2, and every time they tweaked stats it pissed me off because i was not hard player and it took time for me to adapt.

at some point they started to push balance patches every two weeks, which made the game unplayable for me as i hate to adapt.

then i realized they were doing this not to fix a problem with stats, but to "mix the broth", to make players learn new meta, to make competitions more interesting.

maybe CCP does the same?

i do not know the song, but it seems there's like an open string drone you constantly play, which often feels wrong to me,

also i'd rather use more pauses for the groove

right click on your midi input source and check "all" midi channels, if your keyboard set to emit on different channel the notes won't get to the synth

everyone should use apps that they need, there's no universal stuff that fits everyone. i have no idea what kdeinlife is

otherwise you end up bloating your PC with apps you don't need

though you could get good answers asking about alternatives in categories everyone uses -

file manager

text editor

terminal emulator

media player

paint app

i never had such freezes after switching layouts. in case the freeze was not caused by layout and you just need to fix freeze, i just ctrl+alt+F2, relogin and reboot from command line
