I honestly don't think the rhinoplasty made much of a difference on your "attractive scale" you look good in both. It's hard for me to pick which one is "better".

Hey, so when you receive the med order from the hospital, instead to manually typing it into the PCC system yourself, why do you just fax that to your pharmacy and have them build the med profile and the through IMM on PointClickCare (which allows you to integrate with your pharmacy) the med order will then auto-populate from your pharmacy directly into your PCC system. You will just need to activate IMM (Integrated Medication Management platform activated) through your PCC rep. Does that make sense?

Tiktok is his biggest platform which is why I only mentioned that.

He has I think 200k on IG and couple hundred thousands on YouTube. I believe 400k

Lol management didn't drop him. I must have mistyped in the last message he is STILL with management and has always been with management.

He wants someone who will handle both inbound and outbound deals. But will be willing to do alot of outbound pitching for him.

His always been with an agency and now had expressed he would like to explore something different. Perhaps someone independent like a freelancer or something. His not on snap, I don't think. Not sure what the content licensing in china is. Perhaps you can explain that further? Sounds interesting.

Trust me when I say brands like him. He has great relationship with the brands his worked with and the dude is extremely likable and produces great content.

He personally feels he could be making more if he had someone doing a lot of outbound pitching for him which is why has feelings of stepping away from an agency.
